The forest rises way up to the top of the tallest peak. Old logging roads that were left behind will make it possible to re-establish old trails that reach all the way to the top. There is a large, fairly level saddle between the high peak and the draw. Truly this is an amazing property that will be worth the sweat equity you'll want to expend to bring it back. The current owner has generally maintained many of the trails and the open areas through the years. The old home, barns and buildings from the 1900's have been left to nature's treatment. Some cleaning up will be in order. But you will find these areas will be good for your uses. An old trailer is currently inhabited by farm workers who live according to their own custom.
