Beautiful view potential! As you approach the end of the paved road for Skyline, on your Right you will see many mini signs along the 100 ft of roadfront. The surveying crew and tree crew have marked the entire perimeter of the lot with wooden stakes every 20-30 ft, and neon flagging tape of yellow, pink, orange, and blue, but mostly yellow, helps you to easily locate these stakes around most of the lost accept where torn by deer. On the Right side of the lot, green fence posts have been placed roughly 5 ft left of the wood posts, according to fence post set back guidelines. A trail have been cut in on the back right side of the lot that will allow you to hike all the way down to the water's edge. It is a challenging hike. The front 1/2 acre of land is mostly flat along the road front. Then rolls downhill on the way to the water's edge. The back left portion of the lot is very steep. The shape of the land allows for the opportunity to cut down trees and make for spectacular views.
